$350 room for rent in Salem Willamette Valley in Salem, Oregon For Sale

I have a room in Salem that will be available at the latest the end of October (possibly the end of September). Move-in cost is simply first & last months rent. I can be flexible on the last months rent (Payments). We are older guys, laid back and easy going. Would prefer someone in the same age group (50ish) but is not mandatory. I have a 90lb 2 1/2 year old American Pitt (loves everybody hes just big and extremely playfull) that is a handful so please no more pets. The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, desk and a TV. The house is heated by a wood stove. It is located in a quiet corner of a mobile home park where all the neighbors watch out for each other. Rent does not include meals. Listing ID xxxx828.
