$350 room for rent in Salem Willamette Valley in Salem, Oregon For Sale

I have a room in Salem that is available immediately. Move-in cost is simply first & last months rent. I can be flexible on the last months rent. We are older guys, laid back and easy going. Would prefer someone in the same age group (50ish) but is not mandatory. I have an 85 lb 2 year old American Pitt (loves everybody hes just big and extremely playfull) that is a handful so please no more pets. The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, desk and a TV.
