Homeless Family Needs good home for dog in Salem, Oregon For Sale

Her name is Lilly and she is super affectionate. Need a foster/rescue or patient individual to rehome family pet.
She needs to be in single pet home and no small kids. She doesnt just attack other dogs out of nowhere, but nips when annoyed by other dog. She does nip at other dogs and small kids who do not know appropriate play behavior. She would do best with someone who is not gone alot or willing to take her along. She does do well crated when necessary. Again she will need some training, so a patient person is a must. Super smart and does learn quickly, we just haven't had the time she deserves.
Not sure of exact breed, but looks like a Rat Terrier.
Commands known: Sit, Shake (hand), Beg, Hug (puts head on chest)
